 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a very positive experience dealing with Strawberry Property. The whole process, from booking the appointment through to the actual viewing, was a positive experience.

Gavin was a pleasure to deal with and was extremely helpful throughout the viewing. He was knowledgeable about both the local area and the property itself, and he took the time to highlight the key positives in a clear and professional way. I have attended a number of viewings with other agents where it has felt like they were simply there to open the door, so Gavin’s approach really stood out.

Although I ultimately decided not to proceed with the purchase, I would still highly recommend Gavin. He presented the property very well and made the viewing experience informative and straightforward. If I were selling a property, I would be really happy to have Gavin representing me.

After a bad experience with another agency, I honestly lost my trust, but Strawberry completely changed that. They were always quick to respond, respectful, and genuinely tried to work around my needs. Everything felt well-organised and professional. Maybe for some people move-in/move out audit process might be too much detailed and bureaucratic, but I see it as a professional approach, that keeps both parties happy, thus I was absolutely happy with that.
So by the end of the tenancy there were no issues. I’d definitely recommend them and would happily use them again if I needed to.
