I truly had the best year and a half experience living with Strawberry & Co. From the start, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about providing a great living environment. Anytime I had a concern about the room or services, they addressed it promptly and always responded to emails in a timely manner.
I’m incredibly grateful for the wonderful housemates I got to live with—it made the whole experience even more special. My room was cozy and exactly what I needed, and the house itself was always kept neat and tidy thanks to the regular communal area cleaning services they provided.
Everything necessary for a comfortable stay was taken care of, and it really made the place feel like home. I’d absolutely recommend Strawberry & Co to anyone looking for a well-managed and friendly place to live. And if I ever need accommodation again, I won’t hesitate to contact them!

We used Gavin for the sale of a property and found him extremely helpful and efficient. Once we had a buyer he was instrumental in helping move the sale through to completion. Excellent service
I stayed with Strawberry & Co for about 3yr (previously Dwell & Co) and I always had an excellent experience with the team. I have mainly dealt with Sylvia who has been such a support when I’ve needed it, I’ve had personal issues & they helped me by allowing me a parking space to help with my medical issues. There’s enough space for two cars comfortably shown in pic, for the Ashford property I was in.
We all got on so well together as a group of people but if you want your own space we all appreciate & respect that.
The rooms are lovely, the mattress was new & the bed was in such good condition as well are the draws, curtains etc. we had a large capacity washing machine & separate tumble dryer. Basically if anything needed fixing you could contact Strawberry and the maintenance team, who were brilliant, would be out super quick to fix it. But everything is regularly checked so most things don’t break anyway.
I can’t recommend them enough & I would 100% use them again if I needed to. All in all my 3yr stay exceeded my expectations and in comparison to other agents I saw & friends have used, Strawberry are by far the best of them all. They may be a little more expensive but that little extra is most definitely worth it if you want a quality place that the staff actually care about you & your well being and you’re not just “another tenant” then try and get with strawberry & co. They’re a step above the rest.

My personal experience has been great with strawberry properties. They supported me when I wanted to move rooms within the property, this was easily arranged, no stress. Got a full refund back with no queries (just clean your room that's all they ask!) Setting up the contract etc at the start was easy and smooth. The maintenence team are hard working and kept us up to date when there was issues. I've also made some good friends for life, so thank you 😊

I stayed in one of their properties for almost 4 years and couldn’t be happier! The moving in process was very fast and smooth. The support through all the years and moving out was with no stress at all. The communication was always clear. No issues at all with getting my deposit back. Highly recommended!

Easily the most smoothest moves i have ever had! The team are quick with paperwork and check up on you even after you have moved in! How kind can they be? My room and areas were spotless i was shocked to be honest. Added bonus my housemates are so lovely but if i need to go with this company again, i wouldn’t even need to think twice! The team at Ashford are truly a credit! Shout out to Jess and Julie! X
