Strawberry Property and Dwell & Co. have joined forces!

We are delighted to share the news that Strawberry Property in Bristol and Dwell & Co. in Kent have merged into one fantastic team, under the name, Strawberry & Co.

Both companies are small, and family managed but with big ideas and the real-life tenant experience at the core of everything we do. From the moment we begin creating one of our lovely homes, to the moment you (reluctantly) move out of it, our teams are focused on ensuring your time there is the best it can be.

With such high values jointly held by our companies’, and the combined knowledge and experience of the fantastic people in our teams, we know that coming together as Strawberry & Co. means we can provide an even better service to you, our much-valued housemates and tenants.

Lots of things will stay the same, but there will be some changes; -

LOCATION
Our Bristol team will continue to work from our offices at Fishponds, and our Kent team will continue to work from our office at CoachWorks in Ashford.

MAINTENANCE
Our new Estates Team will take care of all our properties, keeping them in great shape and ensuring any maintenance issues are dealt with swiftly and skilfully. The team is headed up by Alex Poulton as Estates Manager, with Daniel Baldwin in Bristol and Simon O’Keeffe in Kent. Between them they have decades of experience in construction and maintenance.

TENANCY ADMIN & CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our new House Team will manage all tenancy administration and customer service and are on hand to ensure you have a fantastic experience living in our houses. The team itself is led by Jessica Holmyard as Lettings Manager, with Julie Phillips in Bristol and Sylvia Queynnec in Kent as Lettings Assistant.

MANAGEMENT
We’re happy to have recently welcomed Emily Slateford back from maternity leave. She has taken the helm at Strawberry & Co. as Executive Manager and brings more than five years of experience in her previous role as Property Manager at Strawberry Property. Her knowledge and expertise, as well as her ARLA certification, ensures that Strawberry & Co. continues to uphold all the values and standards of its legacy companies.

As the Founders and Directors of Dwell & Co. and Strawberry Property, we’re excited to bring our teams together to offer you even more fantastic benefits and services whilst maintaining that small, family feel we’re so proud of. Our new mini website has already launched, and we look forward to sharing more news as the website develops over the coming months.
